I had an epiphany the other day and honestly I cannot believe it took me 37 years to realize it. The epiphany is that it is really easy sometimes to tell how much you mean to others. It is just the simple things, the small gestures that remind me of the difference I make in others lives and consequently that they make in mine.
I think I sometimes get caught up in a lot of other garbage and am realizing the need to just go back to basics and simplify. In fact, I will make that the motto for this season of my life - simplify.
